Booking
I like to book at least 30 days in advance, when possible, and major events like St. Patrick’s Day or Valentine’s Day may be booked six months or more out.
Sometimes, though, I might be available for a last-minute booking, so it doesn’t hurt to ask!
Though I’m based in the Philadelphia area, I love to travel and am happy to consider performing just about anywhere. However, shows more than a few hours away from Philly might mean discussing gas and tolls, as well as overnight stays if it’s a long enough trek. In a perfect world, I can string together a couple shows on a weekend, maybe a consecutive Friday and Saturday night, or a Saturday night and Sunday brunch.
Pricing
My standard rate is $200 for the first hour, $100 each additional hour. This covers the performance itself and a portable sound system (let me know about the space and I can tailor my setup to what’s appropriate). Rates for full-weekend or all-day festival gigs are negotiable.
A Note on Charity Shows
I do occasionally volunteer my time for charity performances, but those are normally for local organizations that I have a personal connection with. While it doesn’t hurt to ask, please understand that I’m not often in a position where I can spend money on travel or take time off from paying work and I may have to regretfully turn down the opportunity.
